How far ahead should I order?

For wedding garments, six to nine months offers the widest choice. In-stock, unaltered pieces can ship much sooner; custom stitching generally requires two to four weeks after measurements are approved.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, insured and tracked worldwide. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country; we will estimate them for you before you pay.

Can I see more before buying?

Yes. Request daylight photographs, close-ups and a video walkaround of the exact piece. We disclose any irregularity in the hand work before you purchase.

What about returns?

Unaltered, unworn pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once a garment has been cut to your measurements it is final sale — which is why we insist on the consultation first.

Do you rent?

Not currently. Every piece is sold; garments may be purchased as shown or ordered with custom stitching.

We use the information you submit only to answer enquiries, prepare orders, provide virtual measurement guidance, and deliver customer service. We do not sell personal information. Measurement details are treated as private client information.

Ordering terms

Inventory is subject to final availability confirmation because most pieces are one of a kind. Custom stitching is $100 per garment; major reconstruction and bespoke commissions are quoted separately. Custom-stitched, altered, and bespoke items are final sale. Unaltered, unworn items may be returned within 7 days of delivery after contacting us. Shipping, applicable duties, and the final order total are confirmed before payment.
